Training Modules in Kajabi
First, you'll get lifetime access to our robust training portal in Kajabi. Our 10 module program is designed to teach you the "SCIENCE" of getting your business off the ground; fully equipped with videos/homework. You'll learn our exact process, system, and strategies that we've personally used (and taught to hundreds) to get you from $0 to $10k, $20k, and even $20k months!
Private Facebook Community
Next, you'll receive access to our Private EU FB page. Facebook is the perfect place for questions, answers, communication, concerns to be shared and for support to be given and gained. Jess and the incredible EU team of coaches are inside the FB group every day to answer questions and offer advice. This group acts are your lifeline and favorite hangout.
Weekly Group Coaching Calls
Then, it's where the magic happens! You'll begin with an orientation call to meet the class and get a lay of the land. Once we kick off, you'll receive 2-3 weekly group coaching sessions that can be joined live or watched afterward- all calls are recorded! These calls are for live Q & A, working in/on your business, collaborating, and getting in the "hot seat".
Bonus Guest Coaches/Content
Lastly, as part of the EU family you will receive bonus materials and trainings like Jess's signature Google Calendar training to schedule like a true CEO, as well as reap the benefit of having special guest coaches jump on for live coaching. Think accountants, lawyers, podcast hosts, public relations, event planners, etc. All things that will help you grow even bigger/faster!

Frequently Asked Questions
14 weeks
The Fall class will run from Nov 1 - February 14 (extra 2 weeks due to the Holidays.
There are always 2 calls per week for live coaching.
One lead by Jess & one by her co-coach.
Some weeks have a third call by either a supporting coach, mindset coach, or guest coach.
We give each class of students their call schedule 30-45 days in advance.
The reason we don't have preset days/times is that we've found more success in moving them around (helps alleviate pressure from prior commitments)
No.
Empower U(niversity) is a group coaching program; however, Jess does offer a few 1:1 client spots per class. If that is something you're interested in, we can chat on the phone and see if it's a good fit!
Yes, but like any course - you get out of it, what you put into it.
So, while we offer homework to help guide you through the program and structure your "build out", your homework doesn't technically need to be handed in.
That said, we do use the calls and FB group for accountability, keeping track, and communicating about your weekly goals/tasks/homework.
We love this question because we have found that people will "use" whatever they have.
Ideally we'd love to see students working through the course and working on building their business a little bit each day; not binging and burning out.
Realistically, we'd love somewhere between 5-15 hours/week.
Not anymore!
The reason Jess has worked with so many health/fitpros is bc she has been in the industry for almost 20 years, so she knows the back end very well; it makes it a much smoother process of understanding.
That said, we accept everyone - just need to see if you are a good fit.
We will be checking in with you throughout the program; seeing where you may need extra assistance, assessing how you're doing/feeling, etc.
So, when your 12 weeks is up we will reassess and see what the best fit/option is for you post graduation.
At that point, everyone is different and we have options for everyone.
Absolutely!
Our group coaching calls/trainings are scheduled in EST.
You may need to rework your schedule in order to attend our calls, but we accept students located anywhere in the world.
