CHALLENGES OF AN INNOVATOR


A common challenge we see with the innovator types is rapid success. Yes, this rapid success can often feel heavy, chaotic, and too much to hold. Allowing yourself to be pulled in too many directions because you don’t want to let anyone down and you don’t want to miss a good opportunity. You most likely have a difficult time saying “no” so you often find your plate full. This leads to exhaustion, lack of inspiration, and burnout.

The consequence to “going first” is that you’re in uncharted water which can feel scary, lonely, and confusing. Without direction, guidance, or frameworks…your work can actually feel draining. And as a leader, you put so much pressure on yourself to always “perform”...this can lead to resentment in your business and relationships.
