In April of 2022 Jess interviewed three incredible, heart-centered leaders and past students of her signature 90-day mentorship program, E+MPOWER, to share their inspiring stories of business growth!

First up is Sandra Sharpe, a Dubai-based functional medicine coach, wife, and cancer survivor who despite the odds was able to build the business of her dreams. She shares how she tripled her social media following within a year by simply and authentically sharing her own story.

Next is Jake Kelfer, who is on a mission to help entrepreneurs turn their dreams into realities. His advice to anyone dreaming big? “Pull the damn trigger, give it a shot, and put the belief in yourself, and make your dreams happen. Don’t rely on anyone else to get you results.”

Our final guest, Andrea Casanova, is the young owner of a viral marketing agency and a strategist for brands like TikTok, Tencent, Amazon, The Russo Brothers & more. She proves that we can build a business around literally anything we’re passionate about⁠.  Her dream is to co-sign entrepreneurs so that they can immigrate safely to the U.S.
