Masterminds are hands down the best way to create the most powerful networks and truly collapse the time in moving the needle in your business. A lot of people come into masterminds thinking the facilitator or host is the one person that knows it all and everyone learns from. While the facilitator should absolutely be able to deliver to the group, the reality is after being in many different rooms with many different individuals and powerful personalities since 2014, Jess has learned that the true magic is in all of the people that are gathered in these mastermind rooms.
